Returns and Exchanges
It is guaranteed that our products will meet every customer's needs. Please read the content as follows. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased for some reason, we will be willing to return or change the products for you, or get you a refund.
Our procedure of goods return
Please contact our customer support via E-mail:service@MoopCloth.com, phone calls or online chatting during our working hours. Our customer service will respond to your questions from 8:00 am to EST (current time) 8:00 pm. Our team will offer you instrument according to your specific requirements.
Please inform us of your request of refund or return or exchange within 14 days after you receive the goods.
All goods (including all parts and attachments) must be returned to us via express delivery.
You have to bear the cost for us to redeliver goods if you want an exchange.
At any time, no commission charge is required for returns.
Payment means for refund: credit card.
We are dedicated to making our customers satisfied, and we encourage you to contact us if the product you have purchased does not meet your demands.
We offers partial or full refund on most items within 14 days of receiving your goods. The first step in the refunds process is to contact our Customer Service.
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer's own fault cannot apply for refund.Shipping fee is not refundable.
We also offer partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get partial refund
For Canceled Orders and Exchanged orders Before delivery
All Canceled Orders must be written done in email. We do NOT accept cancellations on any Accessories. All other charges are non-refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees.
Canceling Orders (Before delivery)
All orders canceled within 12 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.
All orders canceled after 12 hours will be eligible for a refund of products.All other charges are non-refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees.
Exchanging Orders (Before delivery)
All orders within 12 hours of purchase will be eligible for a free exchange.
All orders after 12 hours will also be eligible for an exchange, but the customers should pay handling fee which is 3USD/pc
1. Customers need to return products to an appointed address. We will provide you with information of returns via E-mail. After receiving returned goods, we will arrange you a full refund.
